Dr. Shah founded Pioneer Cardiovascular, P.C. in 2003. Originally from India, Dr. Shah completed an Internal Medicine residency at Grace Hospital in association with Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1996. He then completed his Cardiology training at the Oschner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, Louisana in 1999. Dr. Shah is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology as well as Interventional Cardiology.
Dr. Ashar joined Pioneer Cardiovascular, P.C. in 2004. Originally from India, Dr. Ashar completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio in 1998. He then completed a Cardiovascular Fellowship at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona in 2001. Dr. Ashar is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology as well as Interventional Cardiology.
Pauline Kupper, Nurse Practitioner, joined the practice in 2017. Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Pauline came to Arizona as a travelling nurse. As a nurse, Pauline has worked at many different hospitals including The Cleveland Clinic, Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, and Banner Desert. She completed her Masters Degree in Nursing and obtained her Family Practitioners Certification in 2016. Pauline has 25 years of experience in cardiovascular nursing.
